We collaboratively work with the facility design team or project architects to understand the expectations and provide conceptual designs and full proposal for a turnkey project delivery.  RAE will obtain all approvals and permits from local building department and other approval agencies. Our clients know the full project cost and schedule before starting the project and RAE will deliver the project exactly as planned. 

A typical retractable system will consist of a fully automatic of manual retractable system itself, controls, structure (steel or aluminum) holding the retractable system,foundations or connections, drainage system, heaters, curtains, lighting, decorations and other components as required.  The following are typical steps we take when delivering a typical retractable system:
